I golfed yesterday for the first time this season and it was great. Jay and I have been waiting like little children for the season to start and---IT'S FINALLY HERE, HIP HIP HOORAY. When I am on the golf course it just feels like all of the problems of the world just don't exist. I JUST LOVE THIS GAME. Here I am on the 9th. hole after a great game. My score--PAR. A girl can dream....

 

Harper Grant McBride Has Arrived!!

Ashley gave birth to her third son Harper Grant McBride. Born last night Weighing in at 7 pounds 8 oz. He is absolutely gorgeous.

Our 30 Year Odyssey!!!!

 

32 Years ago I met the man of my dreams, he was everything any girl could ever want--my big football star. I thought then how could I ever make him notice me, he was the big man on campus the great athlete, so good looking and every girl wanted to date him. I often wonder how I was able to win his heart.

This month marks a huge milestone for us 30 years of marriage. It has been a wild ride, a great "odyssey." Now 30 years, a little more weight, and alot less hair later I still see that amazing, good looking, strong, kind-hearted athlete I fell in love with so many years ago.

The past 30 years have been the greatest, sharing my life with this man has truly been the greatest blessing. Together we built our little piece of Paradise right here on earth. Being able to raise our 4 awesome children along side such a great man and father was one of the greatest opportunities I have ever had. We have built a great legacy, and we did it together. The countless hours spent in the football stadiums, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, track arenas, wrestling tournaments, dance competitions, and cheerleading competitions have made our family what it is today. I wouldn't trade one single moment, I LOVE OUR LIFE!

I love you "Pumpkin" You make my life worth living. I can't wait to see what the next 30 years bring.
