I envision past and present in a collage of memories that are too strong for language.

I came across these pictures today, and it brought back so many sweet and treasured memories that I share with my daughter Ashley. Having her as my daughter has been such a sweet experience. She has always made me so proud to be her mom. Often people will say to me "You and Ashley are so much alike" I don't think they understand what a compliment that is to me. She is such a good person and anyone who truly knows her would definitely agree. I love to be around her because she is probably the most positive optimistic person I know (she gets that from her dad) It doesn't seem to matter how bad a situation is she will always find something positive and good to say. She always has a smile on her face and an infectious laugh, she makes people feel good, everyone loves Ashley. My life has been so blessed by this wonderful gift form Heaven, she is not only my daughter,but she is also my friend.
