The Point of View From my Yard

I walked Through the gate to put some trash in the bin and this was the first thing I noticed.

Our great friends and neighbors, the Kokkola's on their way to Utah Lake.

I WONNA GO! They won't mind if I tag along..

J's been quite SCARCE lately so I 'll go without him.. Who Care's...

(Remember it was only 2 days ago that we had 2 inches of snow on the ground)
That's Utah for ya! Snow ski today, Water ski tomorrow.

As Deb and I were talking about the Lake Kevin, another dear Friend and next door neighbor came home, notice the scout swag...He went to the Young Men's activity on the wrong night. Now that's what I call magnifying your calling. The real truth is, he just returned from Hawaii and has lost track of the days... Well that was his excuse. Funny...

As I was talking to Kevin and Deb I noticed the beauty of this snow capped mountain right behind the and Lott's home (Neighbors across the street, to the north east of my home..)

The view of yet another snow capped mountain from my back yard, this one is to the east of my home. Isn't it amazing. I do love the "Utah Mountains" BTW The ski resorts are staying open until June 20th. Maybe it's time to get a tan while skiing..

This was the day of the "BIG" snow. This cute little birdie was just hangin' out in the back yard. Where did he come from? Look at those colors. We don't usually see little birds like this around here. Does anyone know what kind of bird it is?
