We have always told the kids as soon as the snow is melted off of the mountains, then it's time to
HIT THE LAKE.
The snow is almost gone!!!
We're counting the days.

Utah lake is nothing compared to Lake Powell but it's just down the street, and we love being so close to the Lindon harbor.
Yard work in the morning,
Skiing, wake boarding, surfing, and fun with the whole family on the lake in the afternoon.

These are the days I remember why I choose to live in Utah..

Utah Lake is highly underrated. When we lived in Provo, Erik used to go kitesurfing or sailing out there at least twice a week. It was fantastic to be so close to a lake that so few people used!
